Artesia
Artesia is a gated townhouse community in ZIP 33323, on streets such as NW 124th Way and NW 125th and 126th Avenues, and its HOA fees cover a 24-hour guard (Bex Realty). The same listing page assigns it to Nob Hill Elementary, Bair Middle and Piper High. Because a guard is always on duty, the fastest lockout here is one where you've already called the gatehouse with our business name and the technician's name from your text.

After a game or concert at Amerant Bank Arena
The arena at 1 Panther Pkwy is home to the Florida Panthers, and its lots open two hours before puck drop and close an hour after the game (Florida Panthers FAQ). That hour matters if your keys are locked in the car or lost in the stands. Call as soon as you know, give us the lot and the nearest row marker, and ask the lot staff whether the car can stay while we come. Keys locked inside → car lockout. Keys gone → a new key or fob cut and programmed where the car is.
Sawgrass Mills

Getting here
Sunrise Blvd (Exit 1 of the Sawgrass Expressway) is the toll-free way in (SR 869). Tell us which exit and lot or building, and we'll find you. Pat Salerno Dr (Exit 1B) serves the arena, and the expressway's tolls are cashless (same source). Further north, Oakland Park Blvd is Exit 3 and Commercial Blvd, on the Tamarac line, is Exit 5.
How we get into a tower or a park
- Metropica and other towers: register us with the front desk or concierge, or meet the technician in the lobby. If the elevator runs on fobs, a resident or staff member may need to ride up with the technician.
- Gated home communities: a guest code or our name at the gate. In the Sawgrass area, many newer communities have an association that reviews exterior changes (Republic Window), so a rekey is the low-hassle choice.
What to have ready
Photo ID; for a car, the registration or rental agreement (fine if it's inside); and the exact spot — garage level and row, tower and floor, or building number in the park.

Do you come to the arena lots at midnight?
Yes, 24/7, same price. Like the rest of Sunrise, the west side is about a 20-minute trip for us; the exact time comes with your call.
I'm a visitor with a rental car — who do I call first?
Start with the number on the rental key tag or agreement — the rental company may send its own help. If it okays a local locksmith, show us the agreement and your license.
Can you rekey a Metropica condo?
